JOHOR BAHRU: Casper Malaysia and Speed Cool Air Cond Trading Sdn. Bhd. jointly organize a Safety and Technical Seminar on 12th March 2023 which took place at AmanSari Residence Resort from 9.00 a.m. until 1.00 p.m. 80 technicians and installers took part in the event.
“This is our first seminar since 2019 and our team is happy to receive excellent feedback from the participants. We are looking forward to organising more seminars in near future,” said Nicholas Wang, Country Head of Casper Malaysia.
“We emphasizes on service and rewards, today we introduced e-Casper; a rewards program for all our installer and technicians. For each unit of Casper’s air conditioner installed, there will be a cash reward starting from RM10 to RM25,” added Nicholas.
Speed Cool which has 4 branches in Johor Bahru is one of Casper Malaysia’s key customers and has achieved more than a million ringgit in sales in year 2022.
