Casper Malaysia today announced that the “One-To-One” warranty package for the first year after purchase is only applicable to customers who register their product within 30 days after the purchase was made.
Customers who purchased Casper’s Air-Conditioner have to register their product by scanning the QR Code available on the indoor unit panel which will redirect the user to the product registration website. Customers will need to fill up the required information and upload a copy of the proof of purchase. Alternatively, customers can choose to WhatsApp Casper’s careline for registration.
For the previously launched model, the “One-To-One” warranty package for the first year after purchase is still valid without registration provided the customer is able to present proof of purchase. The previously launched models are SC, GC, KC, FIV& FXH series.
